Based off the original BRE design this Ermish rear camber - toe adjustment bracket is designed to be used with your original stock 14mm bolt. This way you can use the original bushing or a replacement polyurethane bushing ( pictured , sold separately ) with no additional parts required. Kit includes; shim pack for individual side toe adjustment , powder coated inner brackets, hardware and tube sleeves. The outer brackets don't require and modifications for this kit. This inner bracket allows for toe and camber adjustment.

My generation 3 CV kit for the NISSAN R160-R180. This new design eliminates the need for adapters. The kit includes my American made chromoly tight clearance spline axles with single clip groove, empi CV with chromolly cage and undersized balls for greater articulation and lower temps. Lastly, my kit includes new made in the USA six hole companion flanges and stub axles. Both are drilled for grease fittings, making servicing easy and clean. Bolts and grease included. Available for 240z and 510's.

CAUTION WHEN INSTALLING CV KIT
When installing the CV kit, grease the inner and outer CV's first! Once the inner and outer adapters are installed be sure that the flat zerk plug is screwed in on the outside adapters. Otherwise it will hit the trailing arm and could break off while in motion. After approx. 500 miles of driving you should service and torque your CV's. Use a grease gun and apply around 5 pumps into each adapter. (Remember after you service your CV kit, put the flat plugs back on the outside adapters.)
- The adapters are marked inner and outer
- CLEAN ALL HARDWARE WITH BRAKLEEN AND Q- TIPS this is extremely important!! (So clean you could eat off them!)
- Torque 30ft.lbs on black allen cap screws for adapters
- Torque 50ft.lbs on factory bolts
- Use Loctite on all fasteners
- I recommend marking the black allen bolts on the adapters with a yellow paint pen to make sure they continue to stay tight. *CHECK CV’S AND ADAPTERS OFTEN (EVERY 6 MONTHS) TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT VIBRATING LOOSE!

Relocated pivot points for improved geometry. Inner bracket is adjustable for camber and toe. Includes 5/8" bolts, brackets, toe adjusting shims, and inner bracket triangular retainer. I remove existing tube through cross member and install a 3" diameter tube for increased exhaust tube clearance. A core crossmember is required. (The picture shows a complete, cleaned and powder coated customers core. Powder coating optional for an additional charge.)
